God has blessed OMF International for more than 140 years and is preparing the fellowship, with 30 operational centers around the world, for tremendous growth in the coming few years. To glorify God, to support ‘the call to prayer for 900’ and to provide a reduction in administrative time and costs, the international IT department is seeking to provide an international personnel system that facilitates the key people processes and information needs of the entire organization. Through God’s grace, the team desires to see information technology connecting people and stream-lining our processes to open new opportunities for mobilizing, selecting, administering, developing and caring for people. This large scale project is already underway with the goal of completion in 2011.
