This building in Phnom Penh provides: regional office facilities; accommodations for missionary team members as they come and go from various assignments; accommodations for visitors relating to the OMF operation in Cambodia; language study and library rooms; meeting rooms for consultation and prayer for the team membership.

 
There are items of repair and maintenance which need addressing from time to time. This project is established to cover the costs of single items exceeding US$500; items below this threshold will be covered from the standard Mission Home budget, funded through payments received from users of the Mission Home.
