A: No, currently we only accept one credit card number per web order.
Q: How do I know when my contribution or registration has been received?
A: Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail from us. This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and it includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records. If your order is an e-Ticket or e-Registration, print a copy and bring it with you to the conference or event as your admission ticket.
Q: May I cancel my event or conference registration?
A: After you have clicked "Confirm Order," your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your registration order up top 30 days prior to the conference or event, you must contact customer service toll free at 800.422.5330. Please note that within 30 days of the conference or event your registration cannot be changed or canceled.
Q: Can I have registration materials sent to my office or another residential address even if it is different than my billing address?
A: Yes, you can send to an office address, a residential address other than your billing address.
Q: Are the event images on your site photographs of the actual conference or event?
A: In most cases the images at OMF International are images of our actual previous conference or events of the same type.
Q: During the registration or contribution process, when is my credit card billed?
A: Your credit card is billed when your registration or giving order is placed.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my online ticket purchase?
A: Since OMF International is based in Colorado, state law does not require that we charge sales tax for conference registrations or events To customers residing in states other than Colorado, please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet purchases. While it is not the responsibility of OMF International to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our supporters regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
Refunds for Conference or Event Registrations
Q: Can I get a refund if I do not attend the conference or event?
A: You may request a refund of conference or event registration fees prior to 30 days before the conference or event start date. Registration fees are not refundable within 30 days of the start of the conference or event.
Q: What happens if the confererce or event is cancelled?
A: In the event that a conference or event is cancelled or postponed, you will receive a notice by email informing you that you may request a full refund of the conference registration fee or event tickets.
Refunds for Serve Asia Application Fees
Q: Can I get a refund for my application fee if I drop out of the short term program?
A: Application fees for short term programs are not refundable.
Refunds for Serve Asia Program Costs
Q: Can I get a refund for donations to my short term program costs?
A: Funds sent to OMF International, for which charitable contribution receipts have been issued, cannot be returned to the donor. All contributions are considered by the Internal Revenue Service to be donations to the short term program, and if contributions exceed your personal program cost, excess funds will not be returned to donors or to you. If it is determined during the preparation time that you cannot participate in the short term program, in order to satisfy IRS requirements, donations received on your behalf cannot be refunded to either your donors or to you. If you are sent out by another agency within 12 months, OMF would be able to forward funds to that organization on your behalf (excluding the amount of application fees and non-refundable costs).

A: Gifts to OMF International quality as charitable contributions and are tax-decuctible. Whether or not your gifts to OMF International are deductible on your tax return may depend on your own financial situation and the tax form you use.
